Stacy Studebaker

Devotee of all things wild, continually curious and captivated by the natural wonders of Planet Earth, Stacy has lived on Kodiak Island since 1980 and draws her artistic inspiration from the rich landscapes, plants and wildlife that surround us. She has worked as a high school and college biology teacher, artist, author, musician, radio host, botanist and photographer. Her artwork has taken many forms to express her love of nature. She has published three children's books and a botanical field guide for the flora of the Kodiak region.
