As long as I can remember I always was drawn to hands on craft experiences.
I took a pottery class in college and that was it. 10 years of classes and 20 plus years of practicing on my own has gradually honed my art to what it is today.
I have incorporated natures bounties into my work focusing on Kodiak’s abundant beauty.
Every year I try to add new designs. Drawing, carving, and color are major elements to my art.
